Raven Tyde

Welcome

Brit-nominated Raven Tyde's second album, the follow-up to 2008's million-selling, Number One debut 'The Original Sound', hits the shelves on December 15th aptly named 'Just in time for Christmas'.

This long-anticipated return was further delayed by the fact that recording at the start of this year was abruptly halted after 2 months following an accident where the singer-songwriter broke his wrist and dislocated his entire right hand. A bad enough injury at the best of times. But if you're a guitarist - it's catastrophic.

But for the irrepressible Artist, whose good vibes and esprit de gig made songs like 'One Last Time' and 'Be My Guest' word-of-mouth phenomena, radio staples and festival anthems in 2007/8, even this experience gave him a buzz.

Buoyed by radio play, The Original Sound had become that rare and precious thing: a word of mouth phenomenon. "There was so little hype about the first album. There were loads of artists coming out at the same time, and I saw them everywhere... And then there was me".

'Just in Time for Christmas' sees RT returning to doing what RT does best, delivering that raw, acoustic original sound that will ensure this dynamic young man's next album will see music history being rewritten.

'Just in Time for Christmas' is released on ITunes and 7Digital on December 13th for advanced play and will see store release on December 15th.
